A sedentary lifestyle!
We have become a society of sitters, get up, sit to eat, sit to read the paper or watch morning television, sit while we drive, sit while we work or at school, sit while we go home, sit to relax, sit to watch our favorite entertainment.
Between sitting & lying down to sleep we spend well over half our lives in these two positions! But at what price, overweight, out of balance, weakness and soreness in backs, shoulders, knees, and necks. We have become victims of our own sedentary lives. Soreness and weakness everywhere and now you need to start to exercise & strength train? Then you go to the fitness center and after a while you realize that most of the equipment you use has you sitting or lying down!
